Collard Greens
Ingredients
- 1 bunch collard greens
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
- Stem collards; chop into small squares
- Place collargs into a colander; rinse
- Add greens, water, salt to a pot, bring to a boil. It's ok if not all of the collards are in the water at first; they will cook down.
- Boil until collards turn dark green; sample regularly to test their consistency.
- Strain out water; add vinegar; stir
