Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp baking powder
- Scant 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.5 cup vegan milk
- 3 tbsp vegan butter (or avocado oil)
Preparation
- Muffin method
- Let batter sit for 10 minutes
- Use a scant 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook on medium heat in skillet
