Croutons
Ingredients
- Bread cut into cubes; enough to fill a 12" x 17" pan. Stale is fine.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation
- Spread bread out onto a 12" x 17" pan lined with silicon baking sheet
- Drizzle olive oil over bread
- Sprinkle on salt
- Sprinkle on oregano
- Mix; spread bread back out
- Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
- Stir; bake for another 10 minutes
