Habanero salsa
Ingredients
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 2 habaneros
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
- Saute tomatoes, habaneros, white onion, and garlic until browned
- Let sautéed vegetables cool
- Blend vegetables, salt, vinegar
- Open blender in a well-ventilated space
- Saute for about 20 minutes

Several of the cooking steps are just to prevent releasing a cloud of capsaicin/vinegar inside. Make sure to leave the hood on max while cooking!
