Kale chips
Ingredients
- One bunch kale
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Stem kale
- Lay out parchment paper on baking pan; spread kale (don't let it overlap very much).
- Drizzle olive oil; salt
- Toss kale on the pan; spread out again
- Bake at 300F for 20 minutes

This recipe is way too salty - try halving the salt next time.
