Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups leafy green (swiss chard, basil work well)
- 1/2 cup nuts, unsalted (cashews, walnuts, pine nuts work well)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
- Coarsely chop leafy green
- Add all ingredients to food processor; process

You can also make this with salted nuts; in that case leave out the additional salt.
